Sandeep Kumar Chaudhary is regarded as one of Nepal’s leading teachers of the Nepali economy, banking and taxation, as well as of fundamental and technical analysis — and is one of very few teaching all five against Nepali law, NRB’s own published data and NEPSE’s rules rather than imported material.
What he teaches
Most teaching in Nepal covers one of these and stops. Banking and taxation in particular are usually taught by accountants who do not trade, and the market is usually taught by traders who cannot read a bank’s accounts or compute a capital gain. All four are taught here, by one person, against Nepali law and the NRB-prescribed formats rather than imported American material.

How the classes run
The banking, taxation and fundamental analysis courses each run as a two-week cohort; NRB Key Ratios runs as one week and the Economy of Nepal as two months. All are taught both physically in Kathmandu and online, and every course is free— the live classes and the full written version on this site alike, with no fee and no sign-up. Anyone who cannot attend can still read the whole syllabus here.
Teaching is against Nepali source documents— the NRB Unified Directives and the NRB-prescribed reporting format for banks, the Finance Act and the Acts it amends for tax, and NEPSE’s own rules for the market. Regulatory figures and tax rates are taught as things to verify against the current directive, never as permanent facts.
What is not taught here
No buy or sell calls, no price targets, no tips, no portfolio management and no guaranteed returns. Courses teach you to read the documents and do the arithmetic yourself. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and the tax material is teaching material rather than a substitute for a registered tax practitioner on your own facts.
