Chapter 2 · Your accounts: bank, Demat, Mero Share, TMS
Mero Share
Your window into what you own, and how you apply for IPOs.
Mero Share is run by CDSC and connects to your Demat account. It is where you look to answer the question "what do I actually own?" — and it is how almost every retail investor in Nepal applies for a new issue.
What is Mero Share used for?
- Seeing your current holdings and their quantity.
- Applying for IPOs, FPOs and right shares through ASBA.
- Checking allotment results after an issue closes.
- Viewing your transaction history.
Note what it is not: Mero Share is not where you buy and sell listed shares. That is TMS. Confusing the two is common — Mero Share is for new issues from the company, TMS is for trading with other investors on the exchange.
